Fulfillment Policy

• All service-related materials (e.g., reports, recordings) will be delivered digitally via email or text message.

• Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our services, all sales are final.

2. Course Fulfillment

• Courses are delivered digitally via our website or a third-party learning platform.

• Upon purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions.

• If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.

• Course materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Most services are fulfilled within the timeframe specified at checkout. If additional time is needed, we will notify you promptly.

• Digital products and courses are typically available immediately upon payment, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of spiritual services and digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted once a service has been booked or a course has been accessed.

• In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill a service, we will provide a full refund or offer a reschedule.

• If you experience technical issues accessing a course, please contact support within 7 days for assistance.
